任職要求
年齡45周歲以下；
本科以上學(xué)歷，機械類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景優(yōu)先考慮；
具備5年以上外企制造業(yè)同崗位工作經(jīng)驗；
熟悉制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程；
具備較強的談判技巧；
英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力精通。
主要職責
負責公司銷(xiāo)售團隊;
帶領(lǐng)團隊完成公司制度的銷(xiāo)售目標；
維護、發(fā)展與老客戶(hù)的關(guān)系；
審核產(chǎn)品報價(jià)并與客戶(hù)洽談，確保公司利潤的最大化；
對與銷(xiāo)售有關(guān)的合同及協(xié)議初步評估并報公司法務(wù)務(wù)評審；
監控和管理客戶(hù)的應收帳款，確保公司的應收帳款按期收??；
向管理層和客戶(hù)提供有關(guān)稅務(wù)方面的建議；
根據銷(xiāo)售目標實(shí)施市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)，挖掘潛在客戶(hù)。

Qualifications
Under the age of 45;
Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical background is preferred;
5 years+ working experience in Manufacturing industry of Foreign Enterprise ;
Familiar with manufacturing process;
Strongnegotiation skills;

Key Responsibilities
Managethe sales team of the enterprise;
Leadthe team to achieve the sales target set by the enterprise;
Maintainand develop the relationship with old customers;
Review product quotation and negotiate with customers to ensure the maximum profit of the enterprise;
Evaluatethe sales related contracts and agreements, and report to the enterprise'slegal affairs for review;
Controland manage accounts receivable of customers to ensure that accounts receivableof the company are collected on schedule;
Providetax advice to Management and customers;
Market development and dig potential customers.
