崗位職責
負責公司人力資源工作的規劃,建立、執行招聘、培訓、考勤等人事程序或規章制度;
負責制定和完善公司崗位編制,協(xié)調公司各部門(mén)有效的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用人力,滿(mǎn)足公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理需要;
根據現有的編織及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需求,協(xié)調、統計各部門(mén)的招聘需求,編制年度/月度人員招聘計劃,經(jīng)批準后實(shí)施;
做好各崗位的職位說(shuō)明書(shū),并根據公司職位調整要進(jìn)行相應的變更,保證職位說(shuō)明書(shū)與實(shí)際相符;
制定公司及各個(gè)部門(mén)的培訓計劃和培訓大綱,經(jīng)批準后實(shí)施;
對試用期員工進(jìn)行培訓及考核,并根據培訓考核結果建議部門(mén)錄用;
負責擬定部門(mén)薪酬制度和方案,建立行之有效的激勵和約束機制;
制定績(jì)效評價(jià)政策,組織實(shí)施績(jì)效管理,并對各部門(mén)績(jì)效評價(jià)過(guò)程進(jìn)行監督和控制,及時(shí)解決其中出現的問(wèn)題,使績(jì)效評價(jià)體系能夠落到實(shí)處,并不斷完善績(jì)效管理體系;
負責審核并按職責報批員工定級、升職、加薪、獎勵及紀律處分及內部調配、調入、調出、辭退等手續;
配合其他部門(mén)做好員工思想工作,受理并及時(shí)解決員工投訴和勞動(dòng)爭議事宜;
定期主持召開(kāi)本部門(mén)工作例會(huì ),布置、檢查、總結工作,并組織本部門(mén)員工的業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習。提高管理水平和業(yè)務(wù)技能,保證各項工作任務(wù)能及時(shí)完成;
其他突發(fā)事件處理和領(lǐng)導交辦的工作。
任職要求
人力資源、企業(yè)管理等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)統招本科以上學(xué)歷;
五年以上大型企業(yè)人力資源管理工作經(jīng)驗,三年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗;
精通人力資源管理各模塊理論及勞動(dòng)法律法規;熟悉人力資源績(jì)效管理或企業(yè)文化模塊工作;
良好的溝通能力、組織協(xié)調能力、應變能力和領(lǐng)導能力,較強的責任感與敬業(yè)精神。

HR Manager
Job Description
Location: Huangsi Square, Shenyang

Key Responsibilities
Responsiblefor the planning of HR, establishing and executing personnel procedures andregulations such as recruitment and employment, training and attendance.
Responsible for drafting and perfecting the post staffing, coordinating theeffective development and utilization of manpower in all departments to meetthe operational and management needs;
Coordinate and count up the recruitment and employment needs of variousdepartments based on the existing establishment and business development needsto draw up an annual/monthly personnel recruitment plan. It will be implementedafter approval;
Well prepared job description for each position, and make corresponding changesaccording to the position adjustment to ensure that the job description isconsistent with the actual situation;
Draw up the training plans and training programs for the company and eachdepartment. They will be implemented approval;
Train and assess the probationary staff, and advise the department to hireaccording to the training and assessment results;
Responsible for drafting departmental compensation systems and programs, andestablishing effective incentive and restraint mechanisms;
Draw up the performance evaluation policies, organize performance management,supervise and control the performance evaluation process in each department,solve problems happened in time to enable the performance evaluation system tobe implemented and improved.
Responsible for reviewing and reporting for approval employee grading,promotion, salary increasing, reward and disciplinary sanction and internalallocation, transfer in, transfer out, dismissal, etc.;
Cooperate with other departments to do the ideological work of employees,accept and timely solve employee complaints and labor disputes;
Hold regular meetings of the department, arrange, review, and summarize work,and organize business learning for employees in the department. Improvemanagement and business skills to ensure that all tasks are completed timely;
Deal with other emergency and leadership assignments.
Qualifications
Bachelordegree or above majored in HR, enterprise management and other relatedspecialties;
5years + of HR management experience in large enterprises and 3 years+ of workexperience in the same position;
Proficientin human resource management module theory and labor laws and regulations; Masteryof human resource performance management or corporate culture module work;
Goodcommunication and problem solving skills, adaptability and leadership skills,Strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
