1、Coordinate and expand the project in the infrared heating systemindustry
在遠(yuǎn)紅外線供暖行業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)及拓展工程項(xiàng)目
2、Analysis customer’s enquiry and coordinate the whole bid processfrom the aspects of technical
從技術(shù)方面分析客戶詢(xún)價(jià)以及協(xié)調(diào)整個(gè)報(bào)價(jià)過(guò)程
3、Prepare presentations about project product content and quotationand expression in front of the customer about the project details
準(zhǔn)備關(guān)于項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品內(nèi)容及報(bào)價(jià)的演示文稿，在顧客面前進(jìn)行演講以及項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的細(xì)節(jié)說(shuō)明
4、Develop cost optimization to achieve the purpose of saving projectcost under the considering the customer's requirement
在考慮客戶要求的前提下，制定成本優(yōu)化方案，達(dá)到節(jié)約項(xiàng)目成本的目的
5、To ensure the project progress timely , with good quality andsuitable cost
確保一個(gè)按時(shí)、保質(zhì)、成本合適的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展，包括變更成本管理
6、As the major contact in charge of the customers and suppliers
作為客戶及供應(yīng)商的主要負(fù)責(zé)人、聯(lián)系人
7、In charge of the whole process ,including the design and simulation
對(duì)整個(gè)過(guò)程、設(shè)計(jì)及仿真模擬的負(fù)責(zé)人
8、Support and help sales process
支持、幫助銷(xiāo)售過(guò)程
9、Report status to ensure healthy of project
報(bào)告狀態(tài)確保項(xiàng)目健康運(yùn)行
10、Respect of the profit of the project including project progress andcosting review
對(duì)項(xiàng)目的利潤(rùn)包括項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和成本評(píng)估
11、Support in marketing activities (exhibitions, conferences)
支持市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)（展會(huì)、會(huì)議）
12、It is the intention to develop the PM also as technical championspecialized in modern Infrared heating solutions with extensive training andcoaching
通過(guò)深入的培訓(xùn)，將項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理培養(yǎng)成為專(zhuān)業(yè)從事現(xiàn)代紅外加熱解決方案的專(zhuān)家
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in Refrigeration major or heatingand ventilating major or HVAC，Control Engineer,Mechanical Engineer graduated from the vocational technical college career inrelated training
本科或以上學(xué)歷，制冷專(zhuān)業(yè)或暖通或者暖通空調(diào)類(lèi)、控制類(lèi)、機(jī)械類(lèi)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)并且從事過(guò)相關(guān)的職業(yè)培訓(xùn)
2、At least 3-5years’ experience as project manager or supervisor in this industry
至少3-5年的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理或者主管工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、Good knowledge of the system software In the computer design andplanning
在計(jì)算機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)及規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)軟件方面有良好的知識(shí)
4、Good execution, as a representative of skills, and strong abilityof organization
具有很好的執(zhí)行力、作為代表的能力以及強(qiáng)組織能力
5、With a systematic, analytical and structured way of working
具有系統(tǒng)性、分析性、結(jié)構(gòu)性的工作方式
6、Have good knowledge of English / German is a plus
具有優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)
7、High level of enthusiasm and team spirit
高度的熱情和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神
